Returns & Exchanges

At Bar Hop Tees, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect sizing
• buyer’s remorse
• accidental orders
• change of mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the issue

We’ll gladly work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
